"Automation" can mean a lot of things to a lot of different people. This session will focus on IT Process Automation, where we automate tasks based on things like monitoring incidents, and Service Request Management (request for AD access, request for phone number, etc).

This session will focus more on the runbook development cycles, governance, intakes prioritization, process control, how you can leverage agile framework to support your dev lifecycle, governance, logging, standard, reusable components.

- How agile SCRUM framework can support your development lifecycle.

- Intake Request Management;

- Leveraging Visual Studio Team Foundation Server to manage agile process;

- Prioritizing work;

- Release and Management of Automations

- Standards and reusable components.

- Measuring the value of an automation
